Fourteen RV sites on 29.5 acres, with our own nine acre rain fed lake and dock right on the property. Stay a long weekend, a week, or the whole season.
Tims Ford State Park runs 168 campsites. We run fourteen. Pull in here and there are thirteen other parties on the whole property, plus a nine acre lake that belongs to the place you are staying.
Nine acres of rain fed water sit right on the grounds, with a dock you can walk to. Guests have pulled largemouth bass out of it worth taking a picture with. No trailer, no ramp, no launch fee.
Two rows of seven sites with the bathhouse in the middle, so nothing is a long walk. Fourteen was a deliberate number, not a limitation, and it is the reason this place stays quiet.
Bring the boat and park it at your site. Holiday Landing Marina and the floating Bluegill Grill are about five minutes away, with a launch ramp, fuel, and dinner on the water.
Nine acres of rain fed water with a dock on it, and the bass in it are not shy. Walk down before coffee, or after dinner, or both. No license needed to fish it, because it is private water.
Boat parking is available on site, so you can keep the trailer with you rather than leaving it somewhere else. Tims Ford Lake is one mile up the road when you want the big water.
See Site DetailsThe sites run in two rows of seven with the bathhouse in the middle, so you are never far from a hot shower or the laundry. Each pad measures 30 feet by 80 feet, which leaves room for the rig and the truck without playing Tetris.
Full hookups on every site: 20, 30, and 50 amp service, water, and sewer. Wifi across the property. Pets are welcome, and there is a dog park so they get to stretch out too.
Three night minimum. We do not do single night stays. Come for a long weekend, a week, or the month.
Call (931) 588-5006Rates depend on how long you are staying and what time of year you are coming, so we would rather talk it through than put a number on a page that does not fit your trip.
Three night minimum on every stay. We do not offer single night stops.

Tullahoma sits in the middle of Middle Tennessee's best weekend country. Here is what is close.
A floating restaurant in the middle of the cove on Tims Ford Lake, with a launch ramp, fuel, and boat slips at the marina. Live music most Saturday evenings in season. Ask for a Dickel Drop, a Tullahoma original.
A 10,700 acre reservoir known as one of the top bass fishing and recreation lakes in the Southeast. Boat ramps, marinas, and open water minutes from your site.
Hiking, a paved lakeside bike path, a marina, and a golf course, all within a short drive of the property.
Groceries, restaurants, hardware, and the Winchester town square are all a short drive, so a long stay does not mean a long haul for supplies.
Tours, the historic town square, shopping, and dining in one of Tennessee's most visited small towns.
Close enough for a weekend run, far enough that you actually feel like you left.
Yes. We have a three night minimum and we do not offer single night stays. Most guests book a long weekend, a full week, or by the month. If you are looking for a one night stopover, we are not the right fit, and we would rather tell you that up front.
No. The lake is private water, so you do not need a Tennessee fishing license to fish it. Bring a rod, walk down to the dock, and go. Guests have caught some serious largemouth bass out of there, and you never have to launch a boat on Tims Ford to get a line in the water.
All fourteen sites are back-in pads measuring 30 feet by 80 feet, with 20, 30, and 50 amp electric service plus water and sewer. Maximum rig length is 40 feet. The sites run in two rows of seven with the bathhouse in the middle.
Yes, boat parking is available on site. Holiday Landing Marina with its launch ramp and fuel dock is about five minutes away on Tims Ford Lake, and the Bluegill Grill floats right there in the cove if you want dinner on the water.

We are at 406 Holloway Lane in Tullahoma, Tennessee, about one mile from Tims Ford Lake and a short drive from both Winchester and downtown Tullahoma. Lynchburg and the Jack Daniel's Distillery are an easy trip from here, and groceries and restaurants are close enough that a long stay stays easy.
